Argumento: Um ex-jogador de ténis encontra uma rapariga da classe alta inglesa com quem acaba por casar. Quando inicia um affair com a cunhada, tudo se complica...

Comentário: Segundo as criticas é o melhor filme do Woody Allen em 10 anos. Com efeito, este Match Point sai completamente do registo light/cómico que este realizador nos tem habituado nos ultimos anos (a que não será alheio o facto de não participar como actor no filme).
A título pessoal, tenho gostado bastante dos ultimos filmes do Woody e este, apesar de diferente, não deixa de ser igualmente muito bom. Gostei dos detalhes relativos à alta sociedade em Inglaterra e do final do filme que é totalmente fantástico e inesperado.
A banda sonora, como sempre, é excelente e apropriada aos diversos momentos do filme (especial atenção para o climax). Aqui o habitual Jazz é substituido por ópera.
Para terminar, desculpa lá Alexandre, mas a Scarlett, mais gira que nunca, é minha!

King Kong (2005)

Argumento: Um realizador e a sua equipa vão para uma ilha misteriosa para filmar, quando descobrem que a besta legendária da ilha existe mesmo. Os problemas começam quando os nativos da ilha capturam a actriz principal como sacrifício para o monstro, King Kong. Assim, a equipa de filmagem aventura-se na selva da ilha para encontrar e capturar a criatura.

Comentário: Não conheço a versao original do King Kong pelo que a minha crítica baseia-se apenas neste remake de Peter Jackson (realizador de "Lord Of The Rings"). A minha apreciação geral é positiva. Gostei do filme e incrivelmente as 3 horas do filme passaram sem me aperceber totalmente. No entanto, detalhando mais a análise há que dizer que este filme tem excelentes momentos mas também tem imensos pontos onde se pode criticar. Dado isto, aqui vai uma espécie de resumo:

Cenas de acção do filme (feitas brilhantamente e que dão um dinamismo ao filme que impede qualquer um de adormecer apesar das 3 horas de filme);
Desempenho de Jack Black como Carl Denham - realiazador (oferece-nos grandes momentos de comédia);
Desempenho de Naomi Watts como Ann Darrow - nova-iorquina capturada pelos nativos da Ilha da Caveira e oferecida a King Kong;
Personagem de King Kong (muito bem feita);
Nativos da Ilha da Caveira (simplesmente excelente. aterrorizantes mas que me fizeram rir e rir. muito bom).

Aspectos Negativos

Cenas completamente irreais, todas praticamente (algumas de tal forma irreais que entram no mundo da comédia e aí divertem-nos) - cavalgada de Jurassic Park (Grandes Dinossauros a fugir de pequenos de Dinossauros, sendo que estes últimos acabam por levar uns pontapés valentes e incriveis, dignos de um jogo de computador, de alguns elementos da equipa de resgate de Ann Darrow); luta de King Kong vs Jurassic Park (Dinossauros), luta entre a equipa de resgate de Ann Darrow vs Jurassic Park (animais bem assustadores e divertidos), resgate de Ann Darrow por Jack Driscoll Adrien Brody (Perestrello no seu melhor: Como é que possível????); e muitas outras;
Personagens desempenhadas por Evan Parke e Jamie Bell, respectivamente Hayes e Jimmy (qual o interesse destes dois pápeis? muito mau).
Cenas Titanic, Lord of The Rings, Jurassic Park e outras à mistura (daqui surgem aspectos positivos e negativos).

No geral, quem quiser se divertir aconselho a ir ver o filme. Agora, dificilmente sairão de lá sem críticas.
